Hong Kong, 9 August 2022 – The Philippine Trade and Investment Center – Hong Kong (PTIC-HK) in partnership with the Philippine Consulate General Hong Kong (PCGHK) and the Philippine Board of Investments (BOI) will conduct a webinar entitled: “The Philippines as the Next Hyperscaler Hub in APAC – Opportunities for Investments and Partnerships” on 24 August 2022 at 3:00PM (Manila time) to promote the Philippines as the next centre of the hyperscaler industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
The webinar will feature officials of key Philippine government agencies and industry leaders who will present the value proposition for the hyperscalers and data centre operations and related government supporting policies that would highlight the Philippines’ strength in the hyperscaler and data centre operations sector.
In addition, representatives of Hong Kong companies that are undertaking hyperscaler activities and data centre operations will share their experiences in doing business in the Philippines.
